We are looking for a Senior Business Relationship Manager / Engagement Manager for mining industry who will be responsible for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships with customers, and driving business expansion in the sale, business and IT area across the customer mining industry. This role requires a deep understanding of both IT services, technology, domain expertise and mining operations.

Requisitos

In order to apply, we are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:

• Experience: A minimum of 6-8 / 7-10+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, with a focus on IT services and technology within the mining industry.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of mining processes, operations, IT/OT, technologies, and industry trends.
• Network: A strong network of industry contacts.
• Contract Negotiation: Proficiency in contract negotiation, with a track record of successful deals in IT projects within the mining sector.
• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats of the mining sector.
• New Business Development: Identify new business prospects, strategic alliances, and partnerships. Work closely with Mining Industry to bring and showcase best in class expertise.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key industry stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Open and work on new customer and logos to increase market presence.
• Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets through the acquisition of IT projects in the mining sector.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
